Product Description

• The wire is fed from the payoff stand and passed through dies to form the desired diamond mesh size (customizable for different gaps). After exiting the die, the diamond-patterned wire is automatically wound onto the winding shaft and woven into chain link mesh of your specified length.
• Post-weaving, the machine automatically cuts the wire and proceeds to the next weaving cycle for continuous production.
• The mesh then moves to edge processing: twisted or knuckled edges are formed according to your requirements (we provide both twisted and knuckle molds for easy replacement).
• The final step is roller winding or compact rolling (you can choose either roller or compact parts as needed; we supply one set of parts per machine).
